Selkie (a mythological creature that can change between human and seal form) Coastal Soaps emerged from a simple and direct inspiration: our daughter's sensitive skin. Faced with frequent reactions to dyes and other irritants in commercial soaps, we sought alternatives and embarked on a journey to create our own gentle soaps.
