How long does it take for my order to be processed?

All products are made to order and shipped within 3 business days.

If your order will not be available to ship out within that timeframe you will be contacted via email.

Can I place a large order?

Of course! We just request that orders for 10 or more products to please email selkiecoastalsoaps@gmail.com

Can I return a product?

Because of the hygienic nature of our products, we do not allow returns. However, if you have any questions, concerns, or need help choosing a scent before ordering, please reach out to selkiecoastalsoaps@gmail.com

Do you offer customized or personalized products?

e love to give everyone that personalized luxury spa experience. Just send us an email at seliecoastalsoaps@gmail.com with your request and we can see if we can accommodate. We are limited because we are a small business but we can absolutely design personalized labels and help design that gift box.

Are your products free from synthetic dyes and fragrances?

All fragrances are synthetic, however, we only use premium ingredients and fragrances that are specifically designed for sensitive skin.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Absolutely! We only use premium ingredients and fragrance oils that are specifically made for sensitive skin.

We always recommend testing it out on a small patch of skin first if you have sensitive skin.

Are your products suitable for children?

Of course! Selkie Coastal Soaps were initially created to help our infant daughter with sensitive skin.

What is a Selkie?

A selkie is a legendary being with the enchanting ability to shift between the forms of a seal and a human. The name "selkie" is derived from the Scots word for "seal." These magical creatures are rooted in the rich folklore of Scotland and Ireland, often known as "the seal people." In their aquatic guise, they glide through the waves as seals, but when they come ashore, they slip out of their sleek pelts to assume a human shape. In this human form, selkies are renowned for their striking beauty and captivating allure.
